FIFA will take no formal action against Real Madrid over Manchester United's complaint about their public pursuit of Cristiano Ronaldo. Last month, Man U lodged a protest over what they believed was a deliberate attempt by Real to unsettle the player. FIFA turned down the appeal saying there was no evidence for the claim. The sports governing body did ask the Spanish Football Federation to remind Real Madrid about the potential legal consequences.
